Our next guest for DerpyCon 2026 is Author Randee Dawn!
Randee Dawn is the author of “funny as hell” pop culture fantasies “Tune in Tomorrow” and “We Interrupt This Program,” both part of the “Tune”-iverse. She also has two darker pop culture fantasies in “The Only Song Worth Singing” and “Leave No Trace,” both of which came out in 2025. Randee’s also the author of many short stories (sometimes some pretty horrific ones) and articles for outlets including Reactor, SFWA, Variety, the L.A. Times, and Today.com. When not writing she hosts Brooklyn Books & Booze at Barrow’s Intense, a monthly reading series in Industry City, Brooklyn. She lives in that very same borough with her beloved spouse, many books, and never enough mangoes.
