DerpyCon 2025 will be held October 31 – November 2, 2025
at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

All Membership Badges will be shipped on all orders placed from January 27, 2025 through September 30, 2025.

There will be no on-site membership registration. All membership registration orders will need to be placed online.

Staying Onsite at the Hyatt Regency?
You will receive a complimentary membership when you book in our hotel room block at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick. A Membership Confirmation via email will be sent one week prior to the event, you will need to pickup your membership badge at registration.

Badge Mailing:

All Membership Badges are to be shipped for any orders placed from January 27, 2025 through September 30, 2025. Membership Badges are to be shipped within three weeks of the event. Badges will be shipped via USPS, once when the badge is marked Delivered via tracking, it will not be subject to replacement or transferrable.

MEMBERSHIP BADGES ARE TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU WHEN YOU ORDER YOUR MEMBERSHIP FROM JANUARY 27, 2025  THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2025. MEMBERSHIP BADGES WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS UNLESS YOU SPECIFY A SHIPPING ADDRESS. EXPECT MEMBERSHIP BADGES TO ARRIVE AROUND OCTOBER 11-25, 2025.
You will receive a tracking number for your order by October 5, 2025. Shipments will not require signature. We will not be able to transfer or replace your badge if the tracking indicates it has been delivered. If you have not received your membership badge(s) by the time of the event and the tracking number indicates not delivered or return to sender, we will be able to replace your badge at the event, Simply present a copy of this email and ticket to registration. If you need to update your shipping address after placing this order, please go to our Helpdesk and select the help topic Registration / Change Shipping Address.

Refund Policy

Once when a registration is purchased, it is nonrefundable. You may transfer your registration by reviewing the registration policy page.

Minors at DerpyCon

DerpyCon is a family-friendly event and children of all ages are welcome!  All attendees younger than 16 years of age at the time of the convention are required to have a signed Parental Consent to Attend form (form coming soon) and attendees younger the 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children 7 years of age or younger are welcome to attend the convention for free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Children 8 – 12 years of age or younger are welcome to attend at a discounted rate.
