August 31, 2022 – DerpyCon 2022 COVID-19 Policies
The safety and well-being of all of our attendees, staff, and guests is our number one priority. We, alongside our venue, are working to ensure that everyone who attends or helps to make DerpyCon happen will work to keep everyone safe.
DerpyCon encourages all who may not be feeling well at the time of the event to stay home and participate in our Online event! (https://www.twitch.tv/derpycon))
The following requirements below are subject to change at any time to comply with local, state, or federal health guidelines to help protect the health of our staff, affiliates, and attendees. Please check www.derpycon.com/covid-19/ for updated policies and requirements.

Individuals who repeatedly violate DerpyCon’s COVID-19 Policies, or that refuse to wear a mask may have their membership to DerpyCon 2022 revoked and may be asked to leave convention-operated spaces.
If you require an exemption from this policy due to pre-existing conditions, you will need to visit our Public Safety office. Reasonable accommodations will be carefully reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis.
