Thank you for your interest in being a Cosplay Guest Judge at DerpyCon! Please take a moment to read over the following guidelines, terms, and conditions before submitting your Cosplay Judge Application.

We are not currently accepting submissions.
Please Note: DerpyCon is unable to fly any Cosplay Guest Judges this year. We strongly encourage those who are within easy driving distance (under six hours from New Brunswick, NJ) to apply.
Expectations:
DerpyCon expects that all applicants agree to perform the following:
- Provide a minimum of two (2) Cosplay-related panels.
- Appear at Opening Ceremonies.
- Judge the Friday Hall Cosplay Contest, Saturday Hall Cosplay Contest, and Saturday Night Masquerade.
DerpyCon is unable to offer an appearance fee to Cosplay Guest Judges. To offset the additional costs for being a guest, DerpyCon is offering the following packages to choose from as benefits:
- Benefits Package A:
- Hotel Room for Friday and Saturday Night
- Up to Four (4) Weekend Badges (including yourself)
- Travel Stipend of Up to $150 (No Airfare, IRS Standard Mileage Rates Plus Tolls with Receipts)
- A Exhibitors Table (6ft x 2.5ft) in the Exhibitors Space for all Three Days of DerpyCon.
- Benefits Package B:
- Hotel Room for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night
- Up to Four (4) Weekend Badges (including yourself)
- Travel Stipend of Up to $100 (No Airfare, IRS Standard Mileage Rates Plus Tolls with Receipts)
